Doomsday vault moon10/25/2022 There exists a celestial object that lies right beside our planet, and yet it remains a mystery as to this day of its origins and its ability to support life. It can send us data about which planets are suitable for human life, before humans land on that planet, since space is so vast and large, it has countless stars and planets. AI can provide us with vast amounts of information. In the future humanity is also looking to colonize one of our neighbors be it Mars or Venus, and in order to explore whether the planets' conditions are suitable for human life, humanity will need to employ AI technologies. Even though, technology has its own shortcomings, AI can still provide humans with a space exploration experience like no other. This way in the near future AI fault management will become better and more efficient. There are various attempts on earth, such as those with the SPAICER project in Germany, to make AI systems predict future system malfunctions. While AI can help us in various ways such as gathering various data regarding calamities, weather conditions, surface conditions, and other forms of data, AI can also fail at times, and when it does humanity needs to find ways to respond to those failures in a timely manner. But, we are to realize that technology is no perfect, and likewise has its own shortcomings. AI has already achieved a lot for humanity, and also will in the near future. AI is being used in various ways in space, such as The Decommissioned Satellite EO-1 (Earth Observing 1) which is helping humans to identify natural disasters that occur here on earth, such as hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, and others. AI can solve the problems that human intelligence can't, and can assist humanity in a deeper and broader exploration of space. distractions that it faces, that is why humanity is looking into producing technology that is capable to think, and predict events as humans do, and that technology is called AI (Artificial Intelligence). Human intelligence has its own short comings, especially in regard to the many. In this technologically advanced age, the exploration of space becomes even a bigger reality. With every generation technology also becomes more efficient and more capable of performing the tasks that humanity puts on it. Space is deep and incredible, and in every generation humanity stems to explore it further. 'Doomsday' Library Joins Seed Vault in Arctic Norway. Even though, the spacecraft crashed on the moon in April of 2019, it is believed that the lunar library has survived the crush and international search is ongoing. DOOMSDAY VAULT MOON ARCHIVEEven though, not all the details were revealed at the beginning, the spacecraft contained a 30 million page archive of human knowledge embedded into a metal disc with the size of a DVD. The spacecraft was launched on February 22 of this year. In an attempt to create a lunar library, Israel has launched a spacecraft called "Beresheet" (Genesis) which had a mysterious cargo. Building a doomsday library and archive on the moon will help in many ways and one of them would be by preserving the collective knowledge, so that our distant descendents will never lose humanity's collective knowledge. The article outlines the importance of the archive by saying "Known as the Arctic World Archive, the vault will work as a library of sorts, a storage option for governments and private individuals to keep their data safe", thus making it accessible to future generations and helping them recover humanity's knowledge and information. The archive has been built with the sole purpose of being a backup for gene banks around the world, as well as preserving the valuable genetic materials from natural disasters, equipment impairment, war, and other worldly problems. On earth we have a seed vault, and now a doomsday library which collects samples of all the necessary crop seeds, as well as now a digital archive of the world's data which is located in Svalbard, a remote island off the coast of Norway, which is about 620 miles, or 1000 kilometers from the North Pole. The paper outlines the importance and necessity of building a doomsday library and archive on the moon and how it may help future generations recover the information and natural environment of the past.
